Waiver instructions
Everyone who comes onto the property must have a signed waiver on file — riders and non-riders.

Minor waiver — under 18
The legal parent or guardian must complete the Minor Waiver. If you are not the legal parent or guardian, you cannot fill it out. The parent/guardian must also complete an Adult Waiver.
If someone else is bringing the child, the parent or guardian must name that adult, state the relationship, and sign a stronger authorization on the form. That adult must be 18 or older and is responsible for supervising the child on the property. Tall Pines staff do not assume care or custody of the child. A Tall Pines site / visit is still subject to park rules.
At the barn
When you arrive, everyone in your party must come into the Registration barn to register — no exceptions. If you are staying overnight and arriving after hours, call before 4pm for instructions.
