Status is overnight sleep capacity. A Full / In/Out morning can still be your check-out (leave by check-out time; next guests arrive at check-in time).

Cancellation & change policy

Cancellations
10 days or more before arrival — Full refund
9 days to 5 days before arrival — 50% refund
4 days or less before arrival — No refund
Date changes
New dates are not an upgrade. Credit toward the new stay follows the cancellation policy (full / 50% / none). You may receive no credit.
A $15.00 change fee also applies.
Upgrades
Same dates only — higher-rate cabin or house. Rate difference plus the change fee. Dates cannot be changed on an upgrade.
Changes
Any other booking change adds a $15.00 charge to the reservation.
Staff may waive the change fee with a recorded reason.
