  • Available — Night open for stay — valid check-in.
  • Full — Overnight full — you may still check out this morning.
  • Closed — Closed for overnight — checkout morning still allowed.
  • Past — Already passed — not a valid check-in.
  • Split day — Top = arrival (~check-in); bottom = departure (~check-out). “In/Out” = same-day turnaround.

Status is overnight sleep capacity. A Full / In/Out morning can still be your check-out (leave by check-out time; next guests arrive at check-in time).

Cancellation & change policy

  • Cancellations
  • 10 days or more before arrival — Full refund
  • 9 days to 5 days before arrival — 50% refund
  • 4 days or less before arrival — No refund
  • Date changes
  • New dates are not an upgrade. Credit toward the new stay follows the cancellation policy (full / 50% / none). You may receive no credit.
  • A $15.00 change fee also applies.
  • Upgrades
  • Same dates only — higher-rate cabin or house. Rate difference plus the change fee. Dates cannot be changed on an upgrade.
  • Changes
  • Any other booking change adds a $15.00 charge to the reservation.
  • Staff may waive the change fee with a recorded reason.
