VERY IMPORTANT! If you are a season pass holder and leave a trailer or camper here, you need to have a current license plate on it before March 1st. If you do not, we will be assessed and taxed on them. The Tax will be passed on to you. If you don’t want to come down here to put the plate or the sticker on, please send it to us and we will put it on for you. We don’t know what the tax rate will be, but the assessor says he will value camper trailers between $6000 and $12000. As long as there is a current plate and wheels/tires on them, they will remail exempt to taxes. PLEASE GET THIS DONE BEFORE MARCH 1
